2000+ patches to Linux kernel apparently AI-assisted, in the last 30-60 days

:backhand_index_pointing_up:

Ah Lunduke. Let me guess, after Redhat, Covid, and Woke culture couldn’t destroy Linux this year it will be AI?

Damn, you were faster than I. I was just about to write how we are now trusting Lunduke as official source for tech news.

It can easily be checked, verified, or corrected:

Linux Kernel “assisted-by [AI]” count: 300

Arch Linux Kernel “assisted-by [AI]” count: 1

The current count in Torvald’s is above >= 300. Each distribution fork has some, from one for Arch to others that are more attuned to AI. Would the count for all distributions together amount over >=2000? Maybe, maybe not. Is it zero? No.

Isn’t this exactly what AI was originally meant to do? Menial tasks that increase workload and help developer maintain massive amounts of code?

Still Lunduke’s simply hunting clicks. And I don’t see point trying to start Distro War for trying to label distros to “us” and “them”.

Lunduke literally claimed that there were 2000+ patches. And by those images you posted did not have 2000+. So it can be easily deduced that this is simply once again his shenanigans for getting those precious clicks.
