2 Different Errors while Installing

I am trying to install the OS but I keep running into the following 2 errors:

I got secure boot off and have the legacy booting option enabled.

I am booting on a M2 NVME (which is my only drive) and I have Windows already downloaded on it (so I am trying to dualboot).

I have tried the option to install alongside, to create my own partitions and to install on a drive but all these options give me the 2 errors that I pasted earlier.

Does anyone have a solution?

You need to disable “Fast Startup” inside Windows. Then shutdown from Windows. If the error happens again, repair the EFI partition. Then reboot the ISO again and retry the installation.

is there any reason you have legacy boot enabled?

may be you need to deactivate micro$oft hibernation ( windows only )
“powercfg.exe /hibernate off”
